The PRINCE2 Guide

PRINCE2 is a project management method designed to provide a framework covering the wide variety of disciplines and activities required within a project. Projects bring together resources, skills, technology and ideas to deliver business benefits or to achieve business objectives. Good project management helps to ensure that these benefits or objectives are achieved within budget, within time and to the required quality.

Is there a PRINCE3? There are no official plans for PRINCE3. There will be incremental upgrades to PRINCE2 and the name will not be changed. The most recent PRINCE2 version was released in 2009.
